What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 collars — small enough for a trial range, with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.

How long does production take?

2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping). The clock starts once you approve your free mockup, not when you place the order.

Do I pay anything before I see a proof?

No. We send a free mockup within 24 hours and you pay nothing until you approve the design.

Are all your collars breakaway?

Breakaway buckles are our default for cat collars, and we recommend them on every style. Tell us if you need otherwise.

Can every collar be personalized differently?

Yes. Embroidered ID collars can carry different text on every unit — send us the list.

What artwork do you need from me?

Vector artwork is ideal, but send whatever you have. Our designers redraw it to fit the webbing width at no charge.

Can you match our exact brand colors?

Yes. Send your color references and we will match them in the mockup so you can confirm before anything runs.

Do you make kitten sizes?

Yes, with narrower webbing and a lighter buckle calibrated to release at a kitten’s strength.
